A fine George IV silver gilt Vinaigrette with engine turned decoration and raised shell and floral border, contemporary initials L C to central cartouche.

By Thomas Shaw, Birmingham 1822 (marked on lid, base and grille).

In very fine crisp condition with good tight hinge and closure.
