| 17th CENTURY COMBINED MARROW SCOOP SPOON c1690. An extremely rare late 17th century silver gilt combined Marrow Spoon and Scoop of small size, the spoon with beaded rattail bowl. The maker’s mark not that clear, but most probably I D with sexafoil above and crescent below, for Isaac Davenport, London c1690. See Jackson page 145 and Delieb page 25. In fine condition with no damage or repair and retaining most of the original gilding. 142 mm long. 22 grams. £995.
